akashic record

The last and greatest work of the Warper Golubria, detailing the most powerful
Translocations spells in existence. It is notoriously difficult to track down

being berserked against one's will.
%%%%

in the process.

While the amulet is effective against most translocations, plane shifts such as
banishment are beyond its ability to block.

summoned, and also makes the wearer more resistant to draining attacks.

Silence starts out with a radius depending on power, which will then shrink,
