Applying Automatic Formatting to a Selected Cell Range

You can use the AutoFormat feature to quickly apply a format to a sheet or a selected cell range.

To Apply an AutoFormat to a Sheet or Selected Cell Range

1. Elektu la formatotajn ĉelojn, inkluzive la kolumnajn kaj vicajn titolojn.

2. Choose Format - AutoFormat Styles.

3. Select which properties to include in an AutoFormat.

4. Alklaku je Akcepti.

   La formato aplikiĝas al la elektita ĉelaro.

To Define an AutoFormat for Spreadsheets or Ranges

You can define a new AutoFormat that is available to all spreadsheets and ranges.

1. Format a sheet or range.

2. Choose Edit - Select All or select the formatted range.

3. Choose Format - AutoFormat Styles.

4. Alklaku je Aldoni.

5. En la kadro Nomo de la dialogo Enmeti Aŭtomata formato, enigu nomon por la formato.

6. Alklaku je Akcepti.
