Creates a new web view with the given settings.

Parameters

backend

Type: WebKitWebViewBackend

Wrapped WPE view backend which will determine the behaviour of the new WebKitWebView.

The called function takes ownership of the data, and is responsible for freeing it.
settings

Type: WebKitSettings

Settings for the new view.

The data is owned by the caller of the function.

Return value

Type: WebKitWebView

The newly created web view.
